General Terms and Applicability

xbij is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, and various gaming entertainment for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between xbij and the platform user ("you" or "Member").

By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. xbij reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

1.1Definitions

• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Membership Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use the xbij platform.

2.1Age Requirement

At the time of registration, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. xbij may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. If it cannot be proven that you are 21 or older, your account will be immediately suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2One Account Policy

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and verification must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on xbij are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following methods for secure and fast transactions.

3.1Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• After a deposit is made, the platform team verifies it and adds it to the account.
• If a deposit is suspected of being an unusual transaction, xbij may temporarily hold it for review.

3.2Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Winnings earned from any bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

xbij offers bonuses and promotions for its members. These bonuses are provided subject to specific terms.

4.1Welcome Bonus

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• Wagering example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

4.2General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a newly registered account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period to claim the bonus.
• No bonus may be transferred to another account.
• xbij reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• If an account is closed or evidence of misuse is found after a bonus has been received, the bonus may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

The xbij VIP program has four tiers. Regular members at each tier can enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account subject to specific conditions.

Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

xbij is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

Data Privacy and Security

Account Suspension and Closure Terms

9.1Closure by xbij

xbij reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If the use of false or fabricated information is proven.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.

9.2Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any remaining funds will be settled provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements.

Dispute Resolution and Contact

In the event of any dispute or complaint, you are requested to first contact our support team. We are committed to resolving all matters quickly and fairly.

If an issue is not resolved through support, both parties will take steps to settle the dispute by mutual agreement. xbij ensures fair consideration in all matters.

Limitation of Liability

xbij makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, xbij's liability is limited in the following cases:

• If the service is temporarily disrupted due to technical errors or server downtime.
• If a member's gameplay is affected due to loss of internet connection.
• If a member shares their login credentials with a third party.
• If the service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond xbij's control.
